Refund, Cancellation, and Deferment Policy


This page serves to inform website visitors, CoveITWorld learners, and other training partners enrolled in any of the CoveITWorld training programs (virtual or physical training) about our refund, cancellation, and deferment policy.

Program and Training Cancellation

By completing registration for a course and making full or instalment payments, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • You have the right to cancel your class by requesting “course cancellation” at least 5 working days before the course start date, as published on our website.
  • Students who pay for a course less than 5 days before the start date cannot cancel once the course cohort has started.
  • CoveITWorld reserves the right to reschedule a course, with communication provided at least 2 working days before the scheduled date.
  • Cancellation of a course after the program and training has commenced will not result in a refund, and students are obligated to complete the training program.

Changing Course

  • Students can only change a course with approval from the CoveITWorld Academic team.
  • A 5% administrative fee applies for changing a course after it has started.
  • Change requests must be made 5 days before the course start date, with approval granted no later than 1 day before training begins.
  • Once approved, the new course must be paid for in full before a refund can be processed for the previously enrolled course.

Refund Procedure

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email than 1 day before training begins.
  • After a refund request is submitted, learners will receive an email containing a refund form to complete.
  • Refund requests are only approved if made at least 5 days before the course start date.
  • Course cancellation refunds take approximately 10-15 working days to process, while refunds for erroneous or overpayments take 5 working days.

Program Deferment

  • Students have access to the CoveITWorld learning platform for 1 year after program completion.
  • Requests for refund or program cancellation after the class has started will result in removal from the learning platform.
